How much does it cost?
$49.00 a month for up to 5 employees, and $79.00 a month for 6 to 10. Everything is included, per company, plus sales tax. Above 10 employees we give you a custom quote.
Is there a free offer?
Contact us to see if you qualify for a year of free payroll. The offer is open to a select few businesses for a limited time.
Do you have pricing for accountants?
Yes. If you run payroll for 5 or more client companies, ask us about accountant program pricing. A firm can be linked to the client companies it looks after.
Which provinces do you cover?
Every province and territory except Quebec.
How are CPP, EI and income tax worked out?
CPP, CPP2, EI and income tax come from versioned parameters that are checked against the rates CRA publishes.
Do you do T4s and remittances?
Yes. T4 and T4A slips and summaries, and PD7A remittance figures, are produced as files for CRA, and each employee can get their T4 by e-mail. The application prepares the figures and files; it does not send anything to CRA for you.
Can it do Records of Employment?
ROE data is prepared for you to check against your records and enter in ROE Web yourself. The application does not file it.
What happens in a pay run?
You set up employees and pay schedules, run payroll, approve it and mark it paid. Pay stubs can be e-mailed, vacation pay is tracked, and a paid cheque can be voided or a run reversed.
Can I switch to you in the middle of the year?
Yes. Bring in what was paid before you switched, so year-to-date maximums and the T4 come out right. Employees can be added from a CSV file.
Does it work out employer costs?
Yes: employer CPP and EI, the reduced employer EI rate when CRA has approved it, and employer health tax.
How do you keep data safe?
Social insurance numbers are stored encrypted. Two-factor sign-in is required, and a changed bank account is held out of the deposit file until someone confirms it. Payroll actions are recorded in an audit trail.
How do I download or delete my personal data?
Open your account (your e-mail address at the top right), then Personal Data. You can download your data or delete your account there; deleting cannot be undone.

Yes. There are Owner, Admin, Accountant and Viewer roles, so each person sees and does only what their role allows.
